We are dedicated to providing the highest level of quality service pursuant to the compassionate use act (California health and safety code 11362.5, et.seq.) and SB-420. We are compliant with California state law and follow the Attorney General’s Guidelines on non-divergence to ensure compliance with the Compassionate Use Act and to ensure the safety of our members. Ventura's Medical Marijuana Delivery Service does not provide medical cannabis to those individuals who are under the age of 21, do not have a verifiable medical cannabis recommendation from a licensed physician or live outside of Ventura County, California.
